So before you start with any rapid fat loss program or rapid fat loss diet, it is important to understand whether there may be any side effects, and how to notice these quickly so that you can take corrective action. People that suffer from constant tiredness and needing more sleep than usual should be particularly aware that their rapid fat loss diet may be hurting the body. If you notioce a drop in concentration levels, this is also a sign that you may need to amend your rapid fat loss program.
